Mattress Measurements – What Size is Best for You?

There are several aspects to selecting a mattress that best suits your needs. Unsure what makes an Eastern King different from a California King? Or how you should factor your height into mattress sizing? As you explore our mattress brands, utilize the sizing guide below as a resource.

A Twin Mattress measures 38” x 74”, sometimes 39” x 75”.
A Full/Double Mattress measures 54” x 75”.
A Queen Mattress measures 60” x 80”.
A Standard/Regular/Eastern King measures 76” x 80”.
A California King measures 72” x 84”.
Keep in mind that depending on the manufacturer, there can be up to a one-inch variance in the actual measurement of a mattress.
Incorporating Your Height
It is recommended that your mattress be at least eight inches longer than your height for maximum comfort. Over six feet tall? A California King may be a wise choice.
